The Department of Management Services is responsible for the administration and control of the Assessing, Budget & Accounting, Purchasing and Treasury Divisions, as well as Retirement Administration.

City Budgets

The department coordinates preparation of the annual city budget that is then reviewed by the City Manager and presented for final adoption by the City Commission.  The city's fiscal year begins on January 1 and ends on the following December 31.  Adopted Budgets for recent years are available as follows:

Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR's)

The department each year coordinates preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report ("CAFR") that integrates the city's year-end audited financial position and results with detailed statistical and operational information.
